These keepsake dolls are sewn from domestic, stuffed and then primed with gesso. Skin color is applied. As features are painted on, personalities appear. A protective finish completes the 3D canvas. Use of vintage fabrics, lace, buttons and nostalgic objects, whenever possible, helps to evoke the feeling of timeless heritage.
